We are a family that moved from Ontario but are originally from central Thailand (Nakhon Ratchasima). Having lived in Ontario for 30+ years, we were looking for a change of scenery. By chance, we heard that the Chamber of Commerce Fredericton indicated that there was a need for Thai cuisine. 

At Thai Spice, we focus on authentic flavours and fresh food. We want to provide a pleasurable and convenient visit for our customers, meaning we provide eat-in, take-out, call-in and delivery orders. We are also happy to accommodate to any dietary restrictions and try our best to make your experience enjoyable.

Our establishment is an open kitchen concept where each dish is prepared and cooked fresh to order. Not only is our food fresh, so are our ingredients. We buy our meat and vegetables locally and all of our sauces are made in house.
